This strategic alliance, formalized through a recently signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), is designed to empower local farmers, enhance food security, and build a robust, sustainable poultry value chain in Western Kenya.
The “Adopt-A-Brooder” Program establishes a powerful out-grower network where BUCO SACCO manages the critical first month of chick rearing (brooding) under the strict technical guidance and quality standards of Elab Farms. This collaboration directly links local farmers to a guaranteed market, de-risking their operations and creating a predictable income stream.
